Super Bowl half-time show 2016 review
This year the stars in charge to amuse the world were: Coldplay, Beyoncé and Bruno Mars. The day before, Beyonce had suddenly released her new song and video: Formation. She appeared in the field and stole the show, wearing a clad in skintight leather inspired in Michael Jackson’s Super Bowl performance.
Oh, we forgot Coldplay was the star of the half-time show and not Queen Bey. As they always do, the performance was fun, colorful, emotional and hippie. The band played some of his most famous songs: Viva La Vida, Paradise and recent single Adventure of a Lifetime accompanied by the LA Youth Orchestra.
Then appeared Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars performing Uptown Funk, yep again, like the year before. After this song, Bruno Mars and Beyonce played a cool mashup with a gang of dancers fighting and dancing with each other.
It was also time to remember other performers at the Super Bowl like: Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and James Brown. Unfortunately, we couldn’t see Coldplay and Beyonce performing their new single: Hymn for the Weekend. Finally, the whole stadium was full of colour papers creating the phrase: Believe in Love.
