We are in the middle of summer, so we still got time to get tan! I love a little tanned and brighter skin but it’s very important to take care with sun. That’s why i’m going to give you some advices to choose the most properly sunscreen for you.

You have to pick a quality sunscreen, with the fuller protection against both UVA and UVB rays, and the most important: use it in the right way. So which is the best sunscreen for you? Clearly, you’ll want a sunscreen with broad-spectrum or multi-spectrum protection for both UVB and UVA.

SPF 15 for UVB protection. Meaning you could go 150 minutes before burning, best choice for the majority of people.

SPF 30 or higher. If you have very fair skin, a family history of skin cancer, or high sensitivity to sunlight should consider SPF 30 or higher.

Water and sweat resistance. To make some sport or getting into water are really usefull. But these sunscreens need to reapply them regularly, around every 40 minutes.

Skin problems or allergies. If you have sensitive skin or specific skin conditions you should ask to your dermatologist or other skin expert. Obviously, we recommend you in these cases to use high SPF sunscreens.

Brand. This is a personal choice, and your preference is really important. So i recommend you to use a brand that you know and trust. Also, it’s important to pay attention to the experts recommendations.
